Layer height has the biggest impact. Halving layer height roughly doubles print time. Infill percentage and wall count also add significant time.
Yes. Higher infill means more material per layer. Going from 20% to 50% infill adds about 30–40% to print time. 100% infill can nearly double the time vs 20%.
Use thicker layers (0.2–0.3mm), lower infill (15–20%), fewer walls (2–3), and faster speeds. Adaptive layer height in slicers uses fine layers only where needed.
