Accessibility Statement

Our Goal
UseCalcPro aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We want every calculator to be usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, and at high zoom levels. We have not been independently audited or certified, and we do not claim full conformance. This page describes where we actually stand.
What Works Today
- A "Skip to main content" link is the first item in the tab order on every page.
- Header, footer, and navigation regions are exposed as named landmarks.
- Calculator results are announced to screen readers as they update, using a polite live region, so you do not need to hunt for the answer after changing an input.
- Icon-only controls, such as the help and stepper buttons, carry text alternatives.
- The cookie preferences dialog keeps keyboard focus inside it, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to the control that opened it.
- The page language is declared, and the interface is operable without a mouse.
Known Limitations
We would rather tell you what is broken than imply everything is fine.
- Some older calculators show a visible text label next to a field without connecting the two programmatically. A screen reader may announce those fields without a name. We are working through the affected calculators and wiring each label to its input.
- Our automated accessibility tests currently cover the shared interface components and a sample of calculators rather than all of them. We are widening that coverage.
- Some third-party content, including embedded advertising, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Reporting a Barrier
If a calculator or page prevents you from doing something, please tell us. Email contact@usecalcpro.com and describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to respond within five business days and will tell you what we can fix and when.
