Reporting Claimed Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on usecalcpro.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you can email us at legal@usecalcpro.com. Please use a subject line that includes the words "Copyright Complaint" so we can prioritize it.
What to Include in Your Notice
To help us review your complaint quickly, please include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on usecalcpro.com where the allegedly infringing material appears
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
How We Handle Reports
We review good-faith copyright complaints and may remove or disable access to material we determine, in our discretion, to be infringing. Because we do not currently operate under the formal Section 512 safe-harbor process, we do not maintain a formal counter-notice procedure at this time; if your content is removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact us at the address above and we will consider your explanation in good faith. Responding to a notice, or removing material in response to one, is not an admission that the material was in fact infringing.
Status of Our Designated Agent
To state it plainly and without qualification: UseCalcPro has not registered a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, and this site does not publish a physical mailing address. Both are required for a service provider to qualify for the notice-and-takedown safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. Section 512. Until both are in place, that safe harbor does not apply to this site, no matter how copyright notices are handled in practice.
